Digging emotions over time

This year MakeDox celebrates 15 years! It is no coincidence that we are dedicating this anniversary edition to the film archives, to that precious heritage that has the power, like pretty much nothing else, to turn us into time travelers. It is so precious that it is enough to just open our eyes and get goosebumps, to prick up our ears and feel the tears coming, or to push our hands deep inside as if it were a sack of wheat and wish to create something new with it. 

To recreate memories, to tell the stories differently – so to understand better. But also to understand ourselves, without fear that nostalgia might take over – an emotion so…
