There's a new pizza place in town that's not here to reinvent pizza but to remind you what it's supposed to taste like.

"L’Autentica is that slightly obsessive corner in Aerodrom where we do things the way Italians lose friendships over. Chewy crust, tomato sauce made from San Marzano, proper mozzarella. Grown in Italy. As it should be. No Instagram toppings. No TikTok cheese pulls. Just unapologetically Neapolitan pizza, made with too much precision for something that shows up in a cardboard box. We’re quick, not careless. Straightforward, not sterile. And if you’re after “extra chicken” on your Margherita, you’re on the wrong blog. Come hungry. Or skeptical. We get both", the owner tells us.
